My company will ask me tomorrow whether I have been vaccinated.
My answer will be, “That’s personal medical information I am not comfortable releasing, or having recorded by anyone. So please leave my record BLANK.”

They said it is not required, but it would be nice to know, etc.
They will get nothing from me.
