The duumvirate, an ancient Roman institution, is not to be confused with the dumbvirate, the council of Democrat apparatchiks who are making decisions for the senile Biden adminisitration.
The biden administration is NOT a duumvirate between biden and harris. It is really administration by a committee of shadow “presidents”—i.e., a Politburo!!!!
Besides that, the “vir” in “duumvirate” means “man”. harris is a woman. So there is no duumvirate whatsoever!!!!
In our family, my wife and I are a duumvirate.

A duumvirate is when two people are in charge, but the United States is currently suffering through a vacuumvirate where no one is in charge.
