Excluded from the trials are pregnant women, those that have had COVID and people with comorbidities. Included ages are 18-55/65.

If all you want is more data on effectiveness and safety you should be fully satisfied with this:

More than 274 million doses have been administered, fully vaccinating over 123 million people or 37.3% of the total U.S. population. On 17 May there were 29,387 cases reported. On 9 Jan there were over 250,000 cases reported. Down about 90%. Deaths are down from 4406 reported on 17 Jan to only 385 on 17 May. Down more than 90%.
