It will also get rid of intestinal worms if those are a problem for you.

At least, it works for our beagles.

Of course, they like to lick the butt too.

It does have an apple flavor, not bad at all.

All of the real world data could be just coincidental. We had a steep drop off last summer only to surge again in winter. Right now we are heading to summer and see a steep drop off but they claim it’s due to vaccines. Maybe it is. The trial data suggests the vaccines reduce risk greatly. But it seems most of the new cases even now are happening in the states up north where they say that, due to the earth’s angle facing the sun, there isn’t enough sun exposure to enable the body to produce enough vitamin D far north - north of the 40th degree parallel.

Doesn’t explain Italy, though, so there is contrary evidence to examine.

Just data to throw into the mix. I don’t have the answers, just some clues to follow. FWIW, much of Europe suffers the same because they are also far north.

Covid rates jumped all over the globe when they started vaccinating. If I knew how to link a video, I could show you the graphs from different countries....

Here you go.....follow the shot, for the post-vax death increases.....

Yes, it tastes like apple, with a very mild hint of bitterness. Totally palatable. Check the dosage on Google or Duckduckgo

Cost of (human) pill form of Ivermectin has gone up, over the months.

Gee.....I wonder why πŸ€”

Best to shop around, and have your doc call in Rx to one with competitive pricing.

There are notches on the plunger according to weight. Each brand is different. The one I have is measured double compared to that brand. So I will squeeze out a bead and cut it in half....and mix it with honey.

Where do you think 80% of our drugs come from, India and China.

I don’t believe in coincidence much. Most folks north if the 35th don’t get enough vitamin D, which is a critical part of staying healthy.

Yeah but horses weigh a lot more than humans. I haven’t seen these syringes but I can envision what you are saying. I know the dose is calculated in mg/kg, and I suppose a newborn foal might use less than her mare, closer to that of a full grown human, thus the notches. Those notches probably help a lot with measuring. The thing is, different protocols for prevention vs treatment. Maybe not dramatically different.

And ivermectin doesn’t care which variant (mutation) it’s dealing with (within reason).

The dose per weight is the same for a horse as a human. So a 1250 pound human would use the entire tube of the Durvet brand.

I’m about 200 pounds so I just took a ruler and marked the plunger into 6 different equal lengths and plunged it to the mark for each dose. As a preventative it was two doses spaced 48 hours apart to begin with and then a dose every two weeks.

By chance I had a physical a month after I started and my chronic low white blood count was even lower. I looked it up and that is a side effect of Ivermectin. No adverse physical issues. The low WBC is probably from something else, but in retrospect it may have been better to work with a doctor (online?) than trying to self medicate.

Thanks JL.

I’m sure the usual people will just find a way to say it’s faked or some such. Based on what I’ve seen locally it makes sense though.

Yup. Some of this stuff becomes obvious if you just pay attention. Why they put iodine in salt, for example.

100 tablets of 12mg ivermectin, enough to treat up to 50 people, cost about $50.

And that boys and girls explains why you can't have it.

So they believe (and apparently have demonstrated) that ivermectin acts as a 3CL Protease Inhibitor. There are a few other drugs that can do this, as well as a couple more being trialed. I read a study a while back that determined that while coronaviruses were able to mutate and reproduce around 3CL inhibitors, that the resulting mutations were significantly weaker and reproduction reduced.

Here’s a link with the full study. Lots of info on 3CL PI’s, including ivermectin. WARNING: long, geeky link below.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/348626948_Identification_of_3-chymotrypsin_like_protease_3CLPro_inhibitors_as_potential_anti-SARS-CoV-2_agents

Researchers have known for some time that 3CL PI’s are a potential treatment against coronaviruses. In fact, Pfizer’s 3CL PI currently in trials is based on a molecule they were developing for SARS-1 back in 2003, but the virus disappeared and the project was shelved. I’m not yet fully convinced on the efficacy of ivermectin vs COVID in the real world, but it looks hopeful.
