it may instead be bought from certified Indian pharmaceutical exporters on Indiamart. However, please note that some countries may not allow its importation.

Really? And good luck buying from one of the two filthiest countries in the world with the worst medical services and manufacture.

STUDY: The Binding mechanism of Ivermectin and levosalbutamol with spike protein of SARS-CoV-2

SOURCE:

https://www.researchsquare.com/article/rs-160254/v1

ABSTRACT:

In this study, we have investigated the binding mechanism of two FDA approved drugs (ivermectin and levosalbutamol) with the spike protein of SARs-CoV-2 using three different computational modeling techniques. Molecular docking results predict that ivermectin shows a large binding affinity for spike protein (-9.0 kcal/mol) compared to levosalbutamol (-4.1 kcal/mol).

Ivermectin binds with GLN492, GLN493, GLY496 and TRY505 residues in the spike protein through hydrogen bonds and levosalbutamol binds with TYR453 and TYR505 residues. Using density functional theory (DFT) studies, we have calculated the binding energies between ivermectin and levosalbutamol with residues in spike protein which favor their binding are − 17.8 kcal/mol and − 20.08 kcal/mol, respectively.

The natural bond orbital (NBO) charge analysis has been performed to estimate the amount of charge transfer that occurred by two drugs during interaction with residues. Molecular dynamics (MD) study confirms the stability of spike protein bound with ivermectin through RMSD and RMSF analyses.

Three different computer modeling techniques reveal that ivermectin is more stable than levosalbutamol in the active site of spike protein where hACE2 binds.

Therefore, ivermectin can be a suitable inhibitor for SARS-CoV-2 to enter into the human cell through hACE2.

You can also buy Ivermectin WITH Prescription from one of the doctors listed by the Frontline Covid Critical Care Alliance. See here:

https://covid19criticalcare.com/ivermectin-in-covid-19/how-to-get-ivermectin/

After you get the prescription, Be sure to use the GoodRx app to get a significant discount when you buy it from American drugstores or pharmacies.

There are 100 million people in India with richer lifestyles than most Americans.

The other 1800 million are benefitting from their Government’s policy of disbursing Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine.

The pharma producers in India are of high quality and they provide many of the world’s off-patent medications at a very low price.

Saw a graph, today, that showed the use of IVM in India. Deaths declined. Then when they started vaccinating...the deaths went through the roof.

Same with Israel. They were low, they started vaccinating, then cases went through the roof. They did FINALLY come down, once they got close to full vaccination, and now they’re very, very, low.

Problem for India is finding enough jabs for 1.4B people.

Yes sir. Works for me as a preventative. Google the dosage for humans.

Personally I think the 75% reduction in mortality is largely due to late administration. I suggest that if it was given earlier the numbers would be even better. Hard to know of course since there is a time lapse between infection, symptoms, and testing. But mostly because many of these studies used severely ill patients. Gotta see how the meds work when given early. And since it would be inhumane and unethical to deny these meds even that data could only be compared to historical rates of hospitalization and death.

I always thought they should’ve been handing out a “tear open in case of emergency” bags of pills at the testing center. If you got a positive result, tear open and call the doctor for more.

Of course, if Ivermectin were shown to work in a large trial, then there would have been no money thrown at vaccines and the FDA would not have given authorization to any of them. So the powers that be intentionally spiked as much data about HCQ+ and I+ that they could reasonably cheat, using crapily designed trials and other forms of data manipulation to influence ‘science’ and perpetuate falsehoods and half-truths throughout the media.

The nurse practitioner in our doctor’s office gave it to my wife and I when we had Covid in March. I think it did a lot of good.

A lot of generic meds are made in India. Vibrant pharmaceutical sector over there. Of course they have a lot of other problems, internal, social, external, economic - but they can make clean meds.

Covid rates jumped all over the globe when they started vaccinating. If I knew how to link a video, I could show you the graphs from different countries, and the spike then trending downward. The vaccines were introduced resulting in major spikes in a lot of cases higher than the previous ones.

People here will keep telling us though that that must be wrong and the vaccines are working as the US is a clear indicator of because cases and deaths are down. Masks work too, so does distancing, it’s all good.

The majority of the world also believed the earth was flat, if the majority are doing one thing, it’s often wise to go the other way. They’re most likely lining up for the slaughter house.

Almost all of the over the counter drugs are made in India.
Generic drugs sold all over the world like your store brand Ibuprofen are almost all made in India.

Many of the other prescription drugs sold in the US are actually made in Puerto Rico for some tax reason.

Only the real expensive brand new drugs are actually made in the continental US.
For example, the Moderna vaccine is being manufactured at Lonza in Portsmouth, NH. Lonza then ships it to another “fill/finish” plant in the US that puts the liquid drug into the smaller bottles that end up where they stick the needle in your arm.

Anyone trying that should have some good scales to measure their dose. And, does it really taste like apples? Or does it taste like apples taste to horses?

Tractor Supply Company. A six pack, $28.00, contains 38 doses for a 195lb. individual. The apple-flavored is the best.

The correct dosage is easy, you just dial the syringe down to your weight, plunge the amount onto a spoon and slurp it down.
