What you wrote is not true. None of it.
Israel signed it's population up to be Pfizer's Phase III vaccine trial without telling them. They pressured/forced/shunned people into getting the vax and then we were told repeatedly that they were a stunning success. But those pushing the vax are in government and they control 'the narrative.'
Citizens and doctors in Israel banded together to slip the truth past the 'gatekeepers' and the news was all bad.
India's 'hell' is as a result of, in some areas, banning all medications and pushing vax as the answer. Those regions using Ivermectin/HCQ have witnessed fantastic success. There are articles about it in the past two days.
The successes of treatments like Ivermectin and HCQ are falsely attributed to vaxxes, which have a climbing rate of "breakthrough" Covid-19. These vaxes have a known history of ADE, so we will have more severely ill people because so many have been conned into having the Covid 'vaccines' which do not stop spread or infection.
My guess is because they stopped counting heart attacks, cancer, etc. from being covid deaths if they tested positive. So yes, it would drop.
Maybe it’s natural herd immunity.

India has reinfected Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam and maybe the UK through Indians travel on faked and falsified covid tests.
Even after the flight bans, Indians were trying to sneak into other countries through 3rd countries (read some charter flights are going for $6000 a seat as Indians try to get into the UAE. Read similar things about Indians trying to get to Mexico and sneak across the border to get to their H1B jobs in the US
