Jamaican Constitution page 32.02.
G-W 3C. Every person born outside Jamaica shall become a by descent.
1811999 citizen of Jamaica-
S. 3.
(a) on the sixth day of August, 1962, in the case of a
person born before that date; or
(b) on the date of his birth, in the case of a person
born on or after the sixth day of August, 1962,
if, at that date, his father or mother is a citizen of Jamaica
by birth, descent or registration by virtue of marriage to a
ci’tizen of Jamaica.
Since her parents were here on student visas and neither were U.S. Citizens, she was therefore born subject to the laws of another country and does not meet the constitutionally requirements to be VP or Pres. Natural Born citizen. (Ds will continue to ignore this, of course!)
