I had a mini Bull Terrier who looked just like Willie, only more petite. People would see her and smile, she was so goofy looking. She was a great, very active dog. She adored all people, kids, got along great with my cats, herded my chickens into their coop, and loved other dogs. Nothing made her happier than running with a pack of other canines. Not much a guard dog, though, as she spooked easily.

Sadly, she died of nephritis at age 5. English Bull terriers are among the most inbred dogs. They have a great temperaments, are super loyal, but are prone to health issues.

My father served under Patton and got home with many mementos from the War. Patton was his hero. Some of his “souvenirs are in the 3rd Armored Cavalry Museum in Waco, TX. I don't buy the Patton murder conspiracy theory, research indicates it to be extremely unlikely. It was a freak accident he died even if it was intentional. Patton was in the back seat (and seated improperly as it turned out), two men were in the front seat and uninjured and it was a head-on collision. ("Watch me head-on this car, not injure the guys in the front seat while killing Patton in the back seat, using this one weird trick with my truck!")
