I do know this: not long after Trump took office, the “Help Wanted” signs started showing up everywhere I went back in 2017. I mean everywhere, in virtually every store, on billboards, on the sides of office buildings where I live. I don’t know how to quantify that, unfortunately.

I think we got through this pandemic because it happened with a strong economy in force and the initial government help.
