Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), who was recently elected as the House Republican Conference chair, said that the Department of Justice’s questions about the audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona, may be unconstitutional.
The Justice Department on May 5 sent a letter to Arizona Senate Leader Karen Fann, a Republican, inquiring about the custody of the ballots under review by a group of private contractors, alleging that it other processes—including the canvassing of addresses—could be “voter intimidation.”
No Elise they are unconstitutional.
She is now likely target #1 for Democrats. NY lost one seat, they will probably overlap 2 Republican districts, or simply draw away her lines.
“Even if fraud is found ,they will never let Trump get 270..It will be 268 or 269....”
The 2020 election ship has sailed. There is no do-over. The electors have cast their votes. That election is done. Biden is President.
However fraud should be identified to show
1) Trump was right
2) ammo to push for election reforms to ensure it doesn’t happen again

The 2020 ship has sailed. Constitutionally there is no do over. The ONLY CONSTITUTIONAL SOLUTION IS IMPEACHMENT (twice - Don’t forget Kamala!) AND TRIAL IN THE SENATE (twice). That’s not doing to happen unless you expect Rats & RINOS to wake up some morning and find their moral fiber. (They’ll confuse it with dietary fiber anyway !)
Fraud if verified & presented convincingly, will show
1) Trump was right,
2) Provide as you say ammo to push for election reforms to ensure it doesn’t happen again,
3) Cripple influence & political capital of the Biden administration.

Of course there is. A quo warranto case, 'by what authority', coupled with a Congressional Resolution of special election law to reverse results of 2021 election. That presumes the revised results are readily recoverable. The Resolution states a special inauguration date, and the honestly elected candidates take their new offices.
Definitely. Your #3 item is crucial. We are at war and have to cripple the Biden agenda.
We can never let this go. The dem fraud has to be convincingly exposed to the masses so we can rub their noses in it and persuade more voters how corrupt the democrat party has become.

There was some talk of people associated with the audit going to the houses of those who mailed in ballots and asking them questions. That would have been intimidating. But I believe they dropped that idea so the DOJ has backed off on the audit.
About the only thing that’s going to block the audit is all those graduations that are taking over the arena.
None of the above. This audit will change nothing. Those convinced that there was fraud will believe the results. Those who doubt fraud occurred will not believe the results.

Even still, The votes of the proposed interviewee voters were cast months ago. Vote suppression in hindsight is not a possibility.
If they did it this time what's to stop them from doing in the future? That's the voter suppression.
