I meant to add, that I agree with what you said about the zinc. I’ll also add that 50mg of zinc is at the upper end of what a person should take, and it is not advised to take that much for an extended period of time.
In addition, zinc needs to be balanced with copper. 1 oz of dark chocolate would likely provide that - I do prefer to get nutrition from food when possible - especially when it’s something as good as chocolate. Ha.π
