My wife and I have vacationed several times with a Chinese couple. They pointed out to my wife that she wasn't making the rice correctly. "Nice and fluffy" is WRONG.
For those of us who use a fork, nice and fluffy is fine. Try picking up fluffy rice with chopsticks.
nice and fluffy is right for me. Chopsticks?? I use them to hold up my basil plants.
