My wife and I have vacationed several times with a Chinese couple. They pointed out to my wife that she wasn't making the rice correctly. "Nice and fluffy" is WRONG.

For those of us who use a fork, nice and fluffy is fine. Try picking up fluffy rice with chopsticks.

“Ben’s Original”. Which is actually not the original. The original had a friendly looking black dude on the box. Now he’s expunged. Five years from now, people will ask, “who’s Ben?”

Aunt Jemima was our pancake day good friend. Happy face and she did not mind a white couple enjoying the pleasure gotten from her syrup on our cakes. Now we are hoping that the no black people do not change the label on one of our favorite sauces, Stubs, Walmart, with a black man wearing a cowboy hat and looking very Texan. Shame that some persons with warped minds about American culture have been able to chip away at the small pleasant things in life.
