Callers to 911 describe a man who was shot sitting alone in the driver's side of a vehicle, and a shooter walking away from the scene, according to recordings released by police.Those callers really provided some great descriptions: "Man" and "shooter."

I suspect that they want to eliminate competition for drivers from ‘the oppressor’ class and thus are sending a message.
As it is, I was in an Uber not long ago. Very nice, and safe, female black driver. Gave her 5 stars, but that was it. Next ride was an Eastern European immigrant, he also got 5 stars, plus her tip (on top of his tip). If they want to play a game of ‘collective punishment’, I’m happy to play it back.
