They’ll use him as a dual threat.

Two big assumptions.

My first thought too. Maybe even two quarterback sets. A lot of naysayers, but this is a smart move for the Jags.

Two big assumptions? Is nonsense, while he wasn't the best quarterback he was better than some starters and a lot better than most of the backups. He was unhurt and still has his legs and arms. He is actually in the best shape of his life, he worked our religiously to make baseball. He will provide an ample threat during a lot of sets.

Peoples blind hatred of Tebow, is blinding.

...you are correct and he is great in a clubhouse for leadership. Plus he worked with ESPN Science of the Game crew and posted QB test numbers after he was cut that were in the top 10% of active starters... Anti-Christian Billionaire owners blackballed him and he tried baseball. Hope he plays and then walks away.... ymmv

So is the blind worship. Tebow was never an NFL caliber quarterback. He had three chances to show it and he failed each one. Now the idea that at 33 he will beat out other players ten years younger than he is and who have played tight end for their entire football career is ridiculous. I do not see him as being on the roster come opening day.
