Let’s say a large American city has an outbreak of virus.
The State and National authorities decide to lock down the city and allow no one in the city to travel to other parts of the State or Country.
HOWEVER, within the quarantined city there exists an International Airport and such airport is allowed to remain open to all parts of the world outside the virus country of origin.
Could you reasonably conclude that, through the airport, the virus was ‘allowed’ to spread outside the city and country of origin?
We have become a society of the ignorant, those who avoid truth for the comfort of appeasement. We are convinced that ignorance is a medicine dispensed for the public good. We are trained to embrace the subjective.
To cite your source or define your terms is an insult to the good, subjective drippings of the ignorant.
Among a free people, calling BS is a requirement.

I would bet that the airport was left open for Party Members and their families to escape. Who else would have been wealthy enough to fly international?.....................
