Will they dishonestly include the "breakthrough" cases in the overall case total, only, just avoid labeling them as breakthrough?

Honest people want to know.

From an UNdated CDC release regarding breakthrough cases https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/downloads/Information-for-laboratories-COVID-vaccine-breakthrough-case-investigation.pdf

Respiratory specimen for SARS-CoV-2 sequencing • Specimen selection o Clinical specimens for sequencing should have an RT-PCR Ct value ≤28.

o If a Ct value is not available, specimens that are positive for SARS-CoV-2 RNA or antigen by another testing modality may be sent.

When the search was on for Covid cases, that PCR value was set at >40 which would capture everything great and small numerous times.

I'm thinking now the imperative is to offset the reports of the inoculate related deaths with 'proof' of success in the war against covid while actually setting the PCR value reset to <28 will not now nor ever result in a positive test result.

Will they dishonestly include the "breakthrough" cases in the overall case total, only, just avoid labeling them as breakthrough?

What do you think?
