I have an asthma issue too but have had much fewer episodes and many long periods with non at all since taking Quercetin maybe a year ago. My doctor acknowledged it’s effectiveness in drying out the lungs.
I take the Zinc/Quercetin but normally only when I think I might have been exposed. If it helps with asthma it might be beneficial to just take it regularly.
