It’s tough — I went several days with out sleep. Finally gave up and called the Doc for some meds. Even then I had to sleep in the recliner - once I’d get the pain level down, I had to be careful to not move. Moving hurt like crazy and then it could take an hr. to get fixed to a tolerable level again.
Sciatica is one of the worst of those Atica boys.
I’m in the recliner as we speak. PT at 9 AM today, night shift starts at 6 PM. Going to be an interesting few days.
