Dumped in a landfill - they couldn’t give them to some poor community hospital here in USA or some other country that could use them? Or store them for future use in case of emergency? What a waste!

Right. I think they wanted to hide them and giving them to a hospital in need would expose their lies about Trump not providing sufficient equipment.
And right about now there are claims that hospitals are overwhelmed with a surge etc. but that’s false too. :/
Horrible waste.
