Dumped in a landfill - they couldn’t give them to some poor community hospital here in USA or some other country that could use them? Or store them for future use in case of emergency? What a waste!

I’m pretty sure my congressman whose district this is in will look into this. But, it appears it may just be a cost feature. No one wants these things since they finally figured out they do more harm than good.
