Add to that place contrails as chemical trails from jet engines at altitude.

Background: My dad had NPR (National BRAINWASHING Radio) on today as usual and they were talking on NPR about how bad cow farts are to the “environment”, etc.
And people actually believe this BS!!

Until recent years, I’d have guessed fewer than half.

Now I’m increasingly persuaded by the 80-15-5 model: Top five intelligent, next 15 moderately intelligent, last 80 just as stupid as sacks of festering dog crap.

It is propaganda spewed by pet lovers which includes both PETA and Vegans. It has nothing to do with the environment, It was the only way the bleeding heart liberals could try and stop the eating of their poor pets. It is a lie with intent to deceive. Time to sue these folks for misrepresentation and false advertisement.

In 1950 there were 25 million dairy cows. Now there are 9 million. We produce 16% more milk than 1950.
We have shrunk the dairy carbon footprint by 2/3rds.

I am actually putting some numbers together like this for beef and dairy cows for my personal interest as I’m sick of the green liars making misinformation about the beef and dairy business.

We need to fight them nose to nose with facts and call them on their lies.
And do with facts.

“Fermenting plants[in a stomach chamber], burping methane”

https://physicsworld.com/a/battling-bovine-belching-measuring-methane-emissions-from-cows/

“Over the course of a week, the fracking site...released more than 4 tonnes of methane – equivalent to the environmental impact of 142 trans-Atlantic flights....the cumulative flux from a dairy herd of 150 cows for a whole year is more.”

One cow is annually worse than a single transatlantic Airbus flight, supposedly.

Methane is CH4, atomic weight 16. Water is H2O, atomic weight 18. Water vapor rises miles into the atmosphere, with the earth being just massive enough to retain it. Methane, 11% lighter, escapes to outer space.

Swamps and wetland add approximately 167 Tg of methane to the atmosphere per year; wetlands are the largest natural source of atmospheric methane in the world.

Are they going to put plastic bags over the swamps?

Of course DC is the biggest producer of flatulence..
