Authorities in Arizona say they have arrested a former Border Patrol agent suspected in a string of rapes going back more than two decades...that occurred from 1999-2001 in the Phoenix suburbs of Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler, as well as the city of Bisbee in southeastern Arizona.
He was arrested Tuesday in the southeastern Arizona city of Sierra Vista with the help of law enforcement agencies including U.S. Marshals and the FBI. The Border Patrol cooperated.

Bad cops should go in general population.
That is the ONLY thing they really fear.
He must’ve thought he got away with it.
He has Democrat eyes.
IN NO WAY am I defending or justifying anything this guy is accused of, but isn’t there a statute of limitations issue here? More than 20 years have elapsed. The Statute of Limitations exists because after a certain period of time memories change and fade, witnesses die, and evidence is lost, misplaced and destroyed. It is fundamentally unfair to sue or charge a crime when evidence needed for defense no longer exists. It is for that reason we have statutes of limitations.
For example: Good luck finding that Arby’s receipt showing the accused was across town on June 13, 1999 at 4:32pm, thus proving the accused’s innocence, when the assault occurred.
Dang Qtards have been around for a long time!
Arizona just happens to have no statute of limitation on rape. Other states do.
“He has Democrat eyes.”
His eyes seem awfully close together. I used to know what that meant at one time.
There should be but many jurisdictions have removed any statutes of limitation for sex crimes.
I was just discussing this with a youth organization I work with. We take youth protection very seriously and require good background checks and training.
We were discussing some very old claims against other organizations where the organization is found guilty of very old accusations where the principle players are all dead thus unable to mount any defense.
His real problem is explaining the DNA matches to 8 rape kits.
When they finally get around to testing these cold case swabs they usually find a serial rapist.
Tell the victims it’s been too long and to get over it

GOOD!
Texas has no statute of limitation for rape nor murder.
I remember Josephine Hull in an old B&W movie, maybe “Harvey” making a point about people whose eyes are too close together.
Would you argue DNA and pictures of a bruised, bleeding and battered victim?
lol... Yes you are...
They can sequence the difference between Neanderthals and Denisovans and Modern Humans. This guy did not stand a chance of hiding from the DNA...
It is kind of like all the brave talking about the possibility of taking on the military someday. I always ask “what about thermal imaging”. Hard to beat that too.
DNA evidence has no statute of limitations, name him with proof and let his victims enjoy justice.
