German scientists have found the exact 2 step process how the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine causes blood clots in recipients. They describe a series of events that has to happen in the body before the vaccines create these large clots.
Scientists in Germany say they’ve worked out the two-step mechanism by which the AstraZeneca vaccine causes rare but devastating blood clots that gobble up the body’s supply of platelets.
“This is, in my opinion, rock-solid evidence,” said Andreas Greinacher, MD, head of the Institute of Immunology and Transfusion Medicine, University Hospital Greifswald, Germany, who was among the first scientists in the world to link the rare clots to antibodies against a key protein in platelets.
“This is what scientists usually think is confirmatory evidence,” he said in a call with reporters hours after publishing his study (read below) as a preprint ahead of peer review on the Research Square server.
Greinacher said that he believes the mechanism linking the vaccine with the rare clotting reactions is likely to apply to other vaccines that also use adenoviruses to ferry instructions for making the virus’s spike protein into cells.
In his new study, Greinacher and colleagues describe a series of events that has to happen in the body before the vaccines create these large clots.
He explained that while everyone has the basic immune machinery that leads to the unusual clots, it is almost always kept in balance. The body uses a series of checks to prevent any step in the process from getting out of control.
In the first step, the adenovirus shell in the vaccine, along with proteins from the cells where the vaccine is grown, come into contact with platelets from the blood.
Platelets are best known as colorless cell fragments that rush to the site of an infection or injury, helping the blood congeal to stop bleeding; they also play a key role in the body’s immune response.
When activated, they surround invaders like bacteria and change shape to release chemical signals they store in granules.
When platelets are activated en masse, as can happen rarely after a person takes the blood thinner heparin or gets the AstraZenecaAstraZeneca vaccine, they release a flood of these signals, Greinacher explained.
These blaring signals recruit an ancient and hard-to-control branch of the immune response.
“Imagine this is like a dragon in the cave who was sleeping for a long time [but] which now got alerted by someone’s throwing a stone on it,” he said.
The chemical signals awaken B-cells that then produce massive amounts of antibodies against the platelet factor 4 protein, which helps coordinate blood clotting.
The body erroneously thinks it is reacting to massive amounts of pathogens in the body, so the immune system overshoots.
The antibodies bind the platelets, the platelets recruit white blood cells, and “then the whole thing is exploding,” he said.
The second key step in these reactions is caused by EDTA, a calcium-binding agent and stabilizer that is added to the AstraZeneca vaccine.
EDTA opens junctions between cells that form the walls of blood vessels, causing them to become leaky. This allows the giant complexes formed by proteins and platelets to enter the blood circulation, where they — on very rare occasions — trigger that body-wide alarm.
Asked if he thought there was anything that could be done to make the vaccine safer, Greinacher said his first thought would be to try to get rid of the EDTA, which causes the second step in the process.
But he said he was not a vaccine developer and didn’t know how important it might be to its formulation.
Meanwhile, a new biased study falsely accuses GreatGameIndia of spreading misinformation for tweeting on the AstraZeneca controversy. The study found that the spread of our tweets after the controversy began increased significantly.
The only thing that the study looked into was an increase in the number of retweets in a specified duration. The tweets analysed include those from the period before the blood clot reports, and after.
It is ridiculous and malicious to brand any news organization as spreading incorrect information based on an increased number of retweets in a specific duration.
On the contrary, why this very crucial information of public health and safety did not spread through traditional mainstream media the way it should like all other information does?
Why was this very important aspect of the study ignored by the researchers?
Meanwhile, the US CDC and FDA have lifted their recommended pause on use of Johnson & Johnson’s coronavirus vaccine with a condition that it will now include a safety label warning that its vaccine comes with blood clot risks.
Are people electing for the shot getting the opportunity to read the label?
I discussed the case of an individual who developed lower extremity blood clots shortly after the second dose of the Moderna vaccine today. Moderna RNA vaccine.
Cue the “oh yeah, right”, girl gif.
Step 0
Lack of long term testing
The mRNA vaccines have a known risk of ADE that the CDC, NIH, Fauci et. al. are hiding.

It's impossible to tell. using laboratory assessments, if someone who has Covid-19 post vaccination got it through 'natural' infection because the 'vaccine' isn't 100% effective, or as a result of ADE from having the vaccination. Both develop antibodies.

Abstract
Aims of the study: Patient comprehension is a critical part of meeting medical ethics standards of informed consent in study designs. The aim of the study was to determine if sufficient literature exists to require clinicians to disclose the specific risk that COVID-19 vaccines could worsen disease upon exposure to challenge or circulating virus.
Methods used to conduct the study: Published literature was reviewed to identify preclinical and clinical evidence that COVID-19 vaccines could worsen disease upon exposure to challenge or circulating virus. Clinical trial protocols for COVID-19 vaccines were reviewed to determine if risks were properly disclosed.
Results of the study: COVID-19 vaccines designed to elicit neutralising antibodies may sensitise vaccine recipients to more severe disease than if they were not vaccinated. Vaccines for SARS, MERS and RSV have never been approved, and the data generated in the development and testing of these vaccines suggest a serious mechanistic concern: that vaccines designed empirically using the traditional approach (consisting of the unmodified or minimally modified coronavirus viral spike to elicit neutralising antibodies), be they composed of protein, viral vector, DNA or RNA and irrespective of delivery method, may worsen COVID-19 disease via antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). This risk is sufficiently obscured in clinical trial protocols and consent forms for ongoing COVID-19 vaccine trials that adequate patient comprehension of this risk is unlikely to occur, obviating truly informed consent by subjects in these trials.
Conclusions drawn from the study and clinical implications: The specific and significant COVID-19 risk of ADE should have been and should be prominently and independently disclosed to research subjects currently in vaccine trials, as well as those being recruited for the trials and future patients after vaccine approval, in order to meet the medical ethics standard of patient comprehension for informed consent.
I'm guessing this happens so rarely that it would have been missed in long term trials of much smaller groups of people.
You almost have to unleash it on 100 million people to have enough cases to identify the blood clots as statistically significant.
My opinion.
J&J is the only shot of the 3 in the US that I would get, *if* I had to get a shot.
The obvious step 2 is to determine who is susceptible to this chain of events. Or did I miss something?
They still skipped long term testing and there have been a slew of side effects reported, many of which might have been caught.

Pfizer’s trial plan. Page 92 they talk about a 24 month follow up visit for people in the trial. I suppose that will happen in 2022.
1) you take this thoroughly UNTESTED vaccine
2) you get blood clots
Check out this article on the history of the drug Thalidomide:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thalidomide
While it is not identical to the “rush to market” we have seen with these vaccines, there are some similarities.
Bottom line: Scientists didn’t really understand the drug until it caused a lot of damage, partially because it violated the belief at that time that drugs could not pass through the placental barrier.
Science is always learning—”statistically insignificant” may be in the eyes of the beholder.
This rare clotting issue occurs soon after vaccination. So for this situation, time isn’t an issue. Only sample size as you said.
Let’s say this clotting issue is unreported by a factor of 10. So in that case, the guestimate would be 1 in 100,000.
Estrogen-based birth control causes clotting in 1 out of 1,000. Just for perspective.
Do the research or you ARE the research.
Are people electing for the shot getting the opportunity to read the label?
= = =
If they can read English, and question the safety, they are White Supremacists.
And therefore deserve a triple vax dose..
A few years ago, I got a deep-vein thrombosis (big-league blood clot), which then caused a pulmonary embolism. As anyone who has had one of those knows — they’re not pleasant.
“When platelets are activated en masse, as can happen rarely after a person takes the blood thinner heparin....”
First I heard this — probably just as well that I didn’t know, when I was put on heparin. Heparin probably saved my life — but, it seems that it could have just ended it sooner.
BTW, heparin isn’t cheap, and it requires an injection. A daily injection, for six full months. The cure isn’t worse than the disease — but, it’s sure not a party drug.
BTW 2, a few days after a Pfizer shot, I got a very sore neck. It lasted about a week and a half, and just faded away. That was my only side-effect.
Yes lets just rush this crap onto people
Hell lets force them to take it
Don’t you mean the mRNA gene-therapy? According to Moderna that’s what is it, because that’s what the FDA considers mRNA treatments.
