What he did was mimic the program that was on the compact flash card that was used by the machine in Antrim County on Nov 6. That was one of the recounts there.
They could not use the one from Nov 3, because they magically “disappeared”, BUT what he did was exactly create the outcome that happened.
I have been programming in SQL for almost 20 years, if vote totals are stored in a SQL DB, this is very possible to do. It is also possible to connect the database remotely. It is possible to wipe the transaction logs (which also happened).
