I know Atlanta and Phoenix stopped counting at 3:00 AM. Did ALL of the “turn-around counties” (Philly PA, Pittsburgh PA, Minneapolis MN, Atlanta GA, Los Vegas NV) stop counting and send their poll watchers and staff “home” at the same time?
Minneapolis is Hennipin County, which county turn-coated in Wisconsin?
Fulton County [Georgia] BRAGGED about “adjudicating” some 90,000 votes.
I recall that most of the eastern cities(Detroit, Philly, Atlanta) stopped counting at 11 PM. They sent all the Republican poll watchers home and then brought in/out all the paper ballots they had in reserve. The new ballots started getting counted again sometime after midnight.
Some of the big ballot drops happened around 3am.
There were ~169,000 "late ballots" from Milwaukee. I was up till 5AM Nov 3- Nov 4, and I saw the social media post with a short mobile phone camera clip of the car pulling up to the counting place.
