Don't forget: 6 foot +
I knew a guy in college. Brilliant, gentleman, well on the way to being successful in business.
But he was short. Could not get a date.
Yep. One of my best friends is 5’5’. Great guy etc etc but he had the same problem. Height is part of looks/appearance that women claim is not that important to them but which in reality is very important to them.
Guys know this just as women know how much men value youth even if men are reluctant to admit it. The stark reality is that once a woman hits 30, a lot of men are not really going to consider her anymore unless she can offset that by being extremely attractive.
I’m pretty short, but when I was single I never had trouble getting a date. In fact, women would often ask me out after they got to know me a little. It probably didn’t hurt that I wasn’t ugly and was otherwise well built rather than scrawny. And even though I wasn’t rich, I was gainfully employed. I think that being gentlemanly, kind, and having a good sense of humor go a long way. And women like feeling safe with a guy, too, so giving the impression of calmness and stability is important.

Betting he didn’t ask out short girls.
I am a tall woman... well, I used to be before I got old... and I was above average in looks. Can’t tell you how many times I had short guys ask me to dance. I would dance with them because I always thought it was rude to refuse, but I was not interested in dating them.
