3. That pump was putting out some liquid. Most of the pumps around us don’t have that kind of flow. Or I get there before the next tanker truck arrives and tanks are low. :-}

In CA, the pumps have a vapor lock device that has to be retracted for the fuel to flow.
Takes two hands on the nozzle to fill a fuel can, or a motorcycle tank.
