book of mormon...

a factious tome written by a guy named Joseph Smith in the early 1800s...

He invented his own religion because both the Presbyterians and the Methodists threw him out for his unChristianlike behavior...witchcraft etc..(and probably hitting on the girls)

He also wanted lots of women (very young ones) so he put that in his religion...polygamy...as a way to be ‘saved”
