Oh, sorry - I wasn’t meaning “geographically” Left Coast, I would have said West or East for that - but I can certainly see how you took it that way. Again, my apologies, I meant Left (as in Leftwing, Radical Left, should’ve taken the Left turn at Albuquerque).

In 3rd grade oh so many decades ago, one of our substitute teachers (English), got frustrated that the class wasn’t listening to her while she was writing stuff on the chalkboard. She turned around and yelled “Shut the fuck up!”. Then proceeded to bribe us all to be quiet about the slip with “free popcorn day” (it was a treat for those who made 100 on the spelling test on Fridays only). To my knowledge, no one ever told, and likely by now, most (99% of the class other than myself) have probably forgotten it even.
