Aren’t elected people in the USA supposed to represent their constituents? They are not supposed to import new constituents who better fit the image of who they want to represent.

Looks good on paper. Not so much in practice. Government isn't going to fix anything. Its intention is to break things until the US is a third world country. It's part of globalization.
