Just a guess, but I suspect it’s an optical illusion caused by some technical equipment enclosed in some sort of a covering.
It appears to be an apparition of a woman in black, but I think we can be confident that’s not what it is!
Something to keep in mind is these communists are operating on a mental level significantly below normal.
So they’re likely to plant something like this on social media and then throw it out there so they can laugh at the response, as third graders typically do.
