Almost every drug has side effects.
And since humans are individually unique, no drug will affect each human in the same manner. All drugs should be approached with caution, based on your individual situation.
I've never had any problems with medicines so I elected to receive the (Pfizer) vaccination. My wife, on the other hand, has had severe reactions to several over-the-counter drugs and feels it would be too much of a risk for her to get vaccinated.
I concur.

Yes.
As we used to say, “It’s a FREE country.”
Individuals often know what is the best course of action for themselves.
Thank you for pointing out the individual uniqueness of human beings. I am like your wife with respect to having reacted badly to some common OTC meds. For that reason, I am hesitant about taking HCQ and Ivermectin, and even though I have some of the latter on hand for emergency use (horse paste version), I would never take it prophylactically, and even if I were to need it therapeutically, I would start out with a half-dose for my weight to see what happened.
And that is another thing I don’t understand, regarding the Covid shots in particular - why the one size fits all approach? I see people on these threads getting jabbed, who range from 80 to 300 lbs if they mention their weight, so why do the manufacturers not scale the dosage accordingly like they do with Ivermectin? Or do they, and I’m just not aware of it?
