Phil Collins and Genesis are reuniting for their first tour in 14 years and it will end in Boston at the end of the year.
Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford announced “The Last Domino?” Tour on Thursday. It starts in Europe and will move to the U.S. in Chicago on Nov. 15. The 14-date tour will also include Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Montreal, Toronto, Buffalo, Detroit, Cleveland and Philadelphia.
You can get pre-sale tickets at Ticketmaster on May 5. Tickets go on sale to the general public May 7.
Genesis was inducted in the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in 2010.

There must be some misunderstanding
There must be some kind of mistake
Hmmm, have to look at the dates shuffle to Buffalo or Boston. Hotel rooms are probably half the cost in Buffalo.
I wouldn’t have minded seeing Steve Hackett join in on this as well.
I saw the headline starting with Phil Collin’s name, I thought it meant he had moved to that big performance theater in the sky. Not yet.
Phil might reply; “You have no right, to ask me how I feel!”
hackett is great
Take a look at him now.
Collins has a long-standing interest in the Alamo. He has collected hundreds of artefacts related to the famous 1836 battle in San Antonio, Texas, narrated a light and sound show about the Alamo, and has spoken at related events.
Just not a fan of the Phil Collins’ Genesis. Duke was okay but it was all downhill from there. I have nothing against Collins. I just don’t care for his stuff.
You need Peter Gabriel to actually have Genesis. Otherwise it’s like the Talking Heads without David Byrne.
nope, I think he takes those fruit and veg pills and is still fairly spry..
You just talked me out of it :)
And visa versa...
They missed a city or two. Maybe they are still in the process of adding venues.

Big Genesis fan, but I don’t think I want to see this.
Peter Gabriel or Phil Collins?

Genesis without Peter Gabriel? I’ll pass.
Should have named the tour The “its no fun being an illegal alien” Tour
“Collins is amazing, perhaps the hardest working musician ever, but you cant replace genesis with Gabriel “
Do you mean you can’t replace Gabriel with anyone else who compares? That was my thought when I read the article.
I saw Genesis back in the mid-70’s I believe at Cobo Hall in Detroit. Humble Pie was the main attraction (soon after Frampton left) and Genesis was the warm up band. To me, they were better than Humble Pie, and I had never heard of them before that.
It was strange. The lead singer came out wearing these bizarre costumes, but man, he could sing. That was Gabriel, before Selling England by the Pound, and the Lamb Lies Down on Broadway. The latter album being a masterpiece in my mind. I guess if you’re going to quit the band on a high note. Gabriel definitely did that.
But Genesis’ popularity soared after that, amazingly enough. They had a lot of good songs, but some of their hits, I didn’t like very much.
More than a feeling???
