We’ll see. I imagine there will be cases brought to challenge this type of subtle coercion. The way it’s presented now, it’s the choice of the employee.
For right now, the Wynn Casino is the only one demanding this. As we fully open here in Vegas, I’m curious if more casinos will follow suit.
