Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I think there’s more than that just that moustachio. John-John looks older. He’s got more lines in his face and he’s got a little “turkey gobbler” thing going on at his throat, plus, his expression is slightly different as is Carolyn’s. Weird.

Wikiedia says cdc is a federal agency. Wikapedia is not a good scource but we need ammunition to counter these people.
The CDC foundation is not.
It's the same photo. One is color, the other is Black & White. The B&W photo has been slightly overexposed so it enhances certain features. Same photo.

Husband reminded me just the other day of what our grandmotherly neighbor in South Miami where our oldest son was born said, “If it’s green, it’s grass.”😉 She and her husband propagated and grew a greenhouse full of orchids. They were very active and prominent members of the South Dade Amateur Orchid Club.

the Fairgrounds are at Dowell and 19th Ave, which is at northeast junction of I-10 and I-17, miles away from the map in the OP showing the aircraft circling pattern at Westridge Park at I-10 and 202 junction, west of I-17.
I think the point is that CDC is NOT SOLELY a government agency but is in fact a hybrid.

CDC foundation is the plug in point for massive amounts of funding not directly overseen by Congress. That money gives weight to whatever the donors have in mind. CDC.gov then does whatever they are obligated to do.

I looked at it again and I believe Whiplash is saying “For i am the truth the light the way”, referring to himself as being the truth, light, and way.
I vehemently disagree with Whiplash; there is only ONE who can claim “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; nobody comes to the Father except by Me”, and that One is Jesus Christ.
