You left out “stay indoors and avoid sunshine”. Sun rays are poisonous.
And if you do go outdoors, cover up and slather on the suntan lotion so the sun doesn’t get you.
The fact that you’re not getting any benefit from is is just a minor complication, because if the sun’s UV rays touch your virgin skin, you’ll die from skin cancer.
Course, you won’t get any vitamin D either.
