A bill in the Nevada state legislature would strike the term mother and father on birth certificates and authorize an unlimited number of adults to be listed.
“We need to contact the Senate Judiciary Members and urge them to oppose AB 115,” the Nevada Family Alliance, a program of Capitol Resource Institute,” said in a statement.
“The passing of this bill could bring complicated and dangerous implications for parents across Nevada.”
The bill was heard this week in the Senate Judiciary Committee. It already passed in the Assembly, where it was sponsored by Assemblywoman Cecelia González (see image), a Democrat.
The Pacific Justice Institute, a legal defense organization specializing in the defense of religious freedom and parental rights, opposes the proposed legislation:
“What this Bill does is radically re-define the parent-child relationship to ask the courts to allow a group of adults (three or more) to have a legally recognized parent-child relationship,” the Sacramento-based institute wrote in submitted testimony.
“This expanded definition is not in the best interest of the child. The Bill offers no functional framework in which a court is to apply this expanded definition.”
Nevada needs to throw all the Kalif transplants out. Send them back to their shythole.
This is just silliness. There are two parents for each child born, a mother and a father. Sometimes the father is not listed, but he still exists. There are no other parents!
More people need to stand up against the letter people. They will not become part of society, but rather will destroy it.
No no no. Just think of all the financial responsibility that can be doled out when the family breaks up. Lower welfare.
Birth certificate are now nothing but property registrations; who owns the baby.
I’ve been doing a lot of genealogical research of our family the past few years. This crap will be the end of genealogy. I can’t imagine being in the year 2221 and finding a birth certificate from 2021 with two mommies and three daddies on it.
Can the bio father opt out? The bio mother? Doe other people have to agree to be listed?
Pretty soon God is going to step in and say, “Ok, everybody, out of the pool!”

Lots of extra deadbeat dads to fine with excess court costs and state fees.
Only mothers and fathers that DNA match should be on the birth certificate.

We have a regime in place due to a stolen election with Kamala Harris illegally sitting as Vice President despite being ineligible since she's not a natural born citizen because her parents were not U.S. citizens when she was born.
That said, these people with their birth certificate craziness need to be encouraged; nothing like documenting mental illness to serve as a warning to others.
No they are not our best and brightest. They are the people who decided to run for elective office. Most of our best and brightest never get into politics.
I believe that they have to present pictures that they were present at the gang bang.

That’s crazy talk. That child is likely to become very greedy and demanding for material things.
Not interested in negotiation, compromise or temporary sacrifice. Why should they learn about empathy, patience or charity, when they are surrounded by a series of deep pockets and shallow relationships?
