Fear is the one main reason why so many close their minds vaccines.

Fear is the only reason anyone would ever consider receiving an experimental injection that clearly has a greater risk than the virus itself. That is a simple fact. It doesn't matter how much you try to hijack the language of common sense to hide that fact.

Not the only reason. My friend just got vax 1 and will get vax 2 in a month. He has already gotten covid, he described it as a 3 day common cold. The only reason he is getting the vax is he has to travel by air next month and does not want the potential hassle of air travel unvaxxed. He was not afraid of covid, and he is not afraid of the vax either, but I guess he is afraid of "hassle", so to speak.

He was complaining of "chills" today from the vax, I hope his vax reaction is not worse than his actual covid experience. How ironic would that be?
