That was very cruel of the complaining customer.
The clerk was obviously autistic. They have a right to work too, just like everyone else. It wasn’t necessary to hound him with the camera that way. It was plain old sadistic.
However, as one poster here said, this kid probably should not have that position, unless he is working with another staff. Customers do become irate at times.
You might catch flak for saying this, but it's true. I doubt there's a single Freeper who, at some point, didn't complain about something to a clerk.
The kid should be doing back office stuff if he's able, or even just pushing a cart around collecting linens from vacated rooms.
Still, the guy filming was a jerk for a) filming and b) pushing it once he saw the kid wasn't normal and c) continuing to film while ridiculing his breakdown.
