Why are so many assuming it was a Capitol Cop? What happens if it’s a member of Congress? What happens to the Capitol Cop they try to pin it on? Somehow the victim of a home invasion?
A very simple investigation with the ballistics of the round that killed her up against every gun assigned to any Capitol Cop in the building that day. And to take make it even simpler, a list of all the Capitol Cops that were in plain clothes that day, inside the building. Match the ballistics of the rounds in their duty pistols to the one in Ashli’s body.
Then have whatever manufacturer provide a chain of custody from where the pistol went once it left their facility. EZ PZ

While they’re at it, we need the details of he death to be clarified. What happened, who did it, when did it happen, where was she taken, when was she declared, where is she now, etc.? This continues of smell to outer space and beyond.
