Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH) formally launched his Senate bid on Monday morning, after months of speculation surrounding his plans. Ryan is the first Democrat to throw his hat in the ring for the party’s nomination.
Next thing you know Collins in Ga. will opt out. Oh wait!
So far I have seen very little progress in reforms enough to deter stop and steal, ballot harvesting and illegal vote/election scams.
Tim Ryan is boring with little name recognition in Ohio and is entrenched in the far left wing of the Democrat party. He has no chance in Ohio to win a senate seat.
GOP in Ohio has to go to work here.
Have you a candidate at all?
So Ryan is going to be anointed with full Democrat backing in other words.
Does the GOP in Ohio have someone they are behind 100%?
“Tim Ryan is boring with little name recognition in Ohio and is entrenched in the far left wing of the Democrat party. He has no chance in Ohio to win a senate seat.”
Completely disagree. Ryan has been featured on MSNBC and FNC from time to time. He has been cast as a “moderate Democrat”. With the cheating that has been going on, Ryan is the favorite to win the seat.
Cheating won’t play a part. Rino Gov. kept the state out of the company of the other cheaters. If the rats get the state-wide seats the state’s lost.
One thing in our favor vs. the cheaters. We’re on to them. Doesn’t mean we’ll do a anything about it.
OHIO PING!
Please let me know if you want on or off the Ohio Ping list.

Maybe. But nominate the wrong candidate and the Republicans have every chance of losing it.
Why won’t Jordan run? I think he’d be a shoe in.
He needs a shoe up his butt if he doesn’t run.
He has a safe seat and a better chance at leadership in the House. Run for Senate and he could lose in the primary and have nothing.
This is my worst nightmare. Put Ryan and Mandel side by side and you have a young handsome guy with a pipsqueak named Mandel, of all things!
Women will vote for Ryan based on looks alone, and if he offers up free child care, we’re screwed. I can say this because I am a woman, and I know how my stupid sister and her daughters-in-law all voted for Clinton based on looks alone.
The Democrats won’t have to cheat to win this one. The Republicans will hand it to them.
I’m praying Jordon changes his mind.
Doodle-we have to take that chance.
Wiser-Jordan looks manly. Women like that. Our issue is the heavyweights not stepping up to the plate. Maybe he’s not manly at all.
Perhaps he does not want to drag his family through the muck that the Democrats would sling about the unproven sex abuse cover up when he was an assistant wrestling coach at TOSU some 30 years ago.The Democrats are nothing but vile in their willingness to destroy.
I’m in his district. He could not even carry it. The dude is flat out dumb as a box of rocks and will never play in Columbus, Cincinnati or western part of state.
Another “Pubbie” to give the Rats cover. No thank you.
Now you got me thinking. How long has it been since Portman’s announcement? All this time and no one of note has announced until now. That gave Ryan his opening, something he might not gamble on if Jordan would. So now he’s committed and Jordan can run and perhaps leave a losing Ryan with nothing. Mid-terms favor the party out of the WH and the GOP will have the wind at its back. Jordan is speaker material but a Senate seat for 6 years should be appealing. Could it happen? Don’t hold your breath. Democrats are into drum roll. We’re not.
I guess I can see what you mean about Mandel...don't know about the "young and handsome" angle on Ryan, though.
