The methodology behind the Maricopa election audit has been kept under wraps, but video of the audit appears to show the technique that many had hoped to see.
When inventor Jovan Pulitzer testified in Georgia that he could detect fraudulent ballots by scanning them and running them through a high-tech analysis that included pattern recognition algorithms, many who believe the 2020 election was stolen started calling for this process to be widely applied in audits. But the price tag was high and legal roadblocks have slowed or stopped most attempted forensic audits from happening.
Maricopa County in Arizona is one of the first major audits to be performed. It’s happening right now despite multiple attempts by Democrats to block it. A video from the audit, which can be seen live at AZAudit.org, appears to show Pulitzer’s scan in action, though there has been no confirmation of this.

“Why has no one conceded? This is a waste of my time”
It is a waste of time wondering why no one has conceded since it doesn’t matter at all if a candidate has or hasn’t. It is the Electors who decide who won and the manner the electors are chosen is determined by the state legislatures. A power given to them by the Constitution.
“It is a waste of time wondering why no one has conceded since it...”
I do not wonder why no one gas conceded. Not for a fraction of a second
“Fraud vitiates everything.” That enduring opinion was the crux of the landmark decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the above referenced case of the United States versus Throckmorton. Ipso facto, the outcome of a POTUS election that is rife with one-sided fraud and criminality is rendered null and void.
The facts are stated in the opinion of the Court. United States v. Throckmorton, 98 U.S. 61 (1878) United States v. Throckmorton 1.

On Sept. 12, President Trump signed Executive Order 13848, titled “Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” Reporting in early August suggested that such an order was being drafted, though—as will be discussed below—it appears to have changed in some meaningful ways.
The document opens by finding that foreign persons’ “ability … to interfere in or undermine public confidence in [U.S.] elections … constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the [U.S.],” thus triggering the president’s authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), codified at 50 U.S.C. §1701. (For additional background on IEEPA in the sanctions context, see here. For additional background on IEEPA more generally, including surveys of past uses, see here, here and here).
HOW MANY US CITIZENS engaged in this?
[T]he term “foreign interference,” with respect to an election, includes any covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions or attempted actions of a foreign government, or of any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, undertaken with the purpose or effect of influencing, undermining confidence in, or altering the result or reported result of, the election, or undermining public confidence in election processes or institutions …

STARLIT- I’ll finish with this...are the UV lights being used in AZ for making sure ALL ballots are legal? Such as possibly only those that have the watermark WILL BE COUNTED!!! (hoosiermama worked the election here in IN and it was the first time in her 30 to see watermarks. Secretary signs him name with his name printed and his office title. This time they had a muliti-toned watermake...in the area.) She and others examined it with a magnifying glass glass because it was NEW to all who was working there.
Concession is not in the Constitution and therefore not a part of the process. The electoral votes were counted by Congress, certified, and Biden was inaugurated. The ONLY methods for removing a sitting President are 25th Amendment or impeachment. FRiends, I earnestly it weren’t so, but all I’m preaching is what can be realistically accomplished

Praying this is so, and...all tied together....to fully expose the lying, cheating cabal.
Great to see your post!
Like it or not the state legislatures certified the election. Yes some states certified fraud, SCOTUS basically if those states are fine with fraud so are we. (I don’t necessarily agree but I see the reasoning.) The solution is in fixing the state legislatures and state judgeships. All legislators & state judges who were fine with fraud or even disinterested in it need to be voted out.
What is going on in Arizona won’t change 2020, it won’t eliminate fraud it will create PR & put it in the ‘Court of Public Opinion’ also it will close off certain avenues for fraud. They’ll have to be more ‘creative’, which means more money spent on it, more complexity added so more ways to get caught if there’s vigilance.
Oh read the original argument and get back to me. Stop wasting my time
“I do not wonder why no one gas conceded. Not for a fraction of a second”
Then why did you spend time talking about it in post #44?
Why are you jumping in on a conversation you are. Oy following.
I’ve done that. You know you’re right. Got me convinced. Throw in a quo warranto writ, application of the Insurrection Act, revelation of secret Executive Orders, and declaration of martial law, and we’re going to be Golden. Sorry for bothering you.
Hmm. Stand by.
The Supremes will NOT decide if elections should be revisited! They will make a narrow ruling, if taking the case at all, that election fraud occurred or not occurred. What happens thereafter is up to Congress. IMO.
I think your post to me was misdirected since I didn’t reply to this thread.
