And you still cannot get around that the employer cannot dictate my personal health and immunity outside of the time I am actually working for them. The TX legislature made a similar determination when employees were accorded the right to keep personal firearms locked in their vehicles on company property. That right was fought by the Democrats and big business.

Constitutional rights to health and personal security trumps business concerns. There are limits to what businesses can do to their employees. Masking is one thing.

You can hide behind private business and free enterprise all you want. We know all you really want is to remove the God-given right to consent to medical treatment.

Why is it that state medical associations and MDs are the ones trying to remove religious exemptions? CT (a Dem controlled state?) just had their state House pass a bill to do exactly that. What are you doing to fight this?

Please show me where in the constitution the word health appears.

Look I respect your opinion and I agree it a difficult subject. And you are right no employer has the right to tell you what to do. But on the same page no employee as a right to employment. So this is why I err on this. If an employee can force his will on the employer then the employer has not fundamental rights to control his business fhat he has a personal investment in

The protection of at will is based entirely in freedom. I would prefer to leave it there without government interference. There are a lot of people who won’t require a vaccine.
