The TX legislature made a similar determination when employees were accorded the right to keep personal firearms locked in their vehicles on company property. Constitutional rights to health and personal security trumps business concerns. There are limits to what businesses can do to their employees. Masking is one thing.

The protection of at will is based entirely in freedom. I would prefer to leave it there without government interference. There are a lot of people who won’t require a vaccine.
