There aren't any specific guidelines for use of messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines or to protect patients who should be advised against mRNA vaccines based on patient medical history.
None of the mRNA 'vaccines' have completed large trials.
The statements made by Fauci and the CDC, along with Pfizer and Moderna, regarding the safety of mRNA vaccines comes from small phase I and phase II trials of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, with follow-up typically less than two months.
ransomnote: This explains why I couldn't find Moderna's Phase II trials. In the materials I reviewed, Moderna renamed Phase II with the title Phase III. Also, Pfizer's documents say Phase III ends in a 2 years but they blended the phase titles together to talk about Phase I/II and Phase II/III etc.. That means We the People are Phase III experimental vaccine trial participants for which no large trials have ever been done because of harm to animals tested in trials.
The often reported fatigue, muscle aches, headache, localized pain at the injection site, and chills reported among friends/family receiving the 'vaccine' were common among small trial participants in 2020.
5 to 10 percent of trial subjects reported severe systemic adverse events..
Both systemic and local adverse events usually are resolved within one or two days.
As is often reported among the 'vaccinated' now, the rate and severity of adverse events seems higher for the second dose of vaccine than for the first.
Larger vaccine doses appear to increase the rate and severity of adverse events.
Results from larger trials of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are in progress, and are expected to conclude in mid-2021.
There's insufficient evidence to support any conclusions on the comparative safety of different mRNA vaccines.

ransomnote: I've seen video footage of Mexican actor Eugenio Derbez asking Fauci which of the Covid-19 vaccines are FDA approved. Fauci lies (23 minute mark). He says that there are three vaccines that have gotten it; lists Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J; and then goes on to say they have been given Emergency Use Authorization. He intentionally blends the distinct term FDA approval with the other distinct term Emergency Use Authorization as if the two mean the same thing. He KNOWS they are not the same. None of them are FDA approved!
There's no safety information to tell the general public that the vaccine is safe, yet the Medical Faucists/CDC have begun experimenting on children.
The are certainly pushing pregnant women to get the vaccine. In a screen capture (3/31/21) of the CDC website's advice to women, the CDC says that data is 'limited' but doesn't say we're in Phase III experimental trials, the first large trials for mRNA 'vaccines' ever conducted. Note the risks are Covid-19 are given pride of place and the risks to the pregnant trial participants are downplayed in the text:

If the employer requires you to get the jab, they are necessarily infringing on your bodily integrity. They are MAKING you take an untested, experimental gene therapy into your body.
Yes, it's a gene therapy, according to the FDA. Moderna itself says so explicitly in its SEC filing (Wall Street).
If your right to integrity over your own body is paramount, you are subjecting the employer, indirectly, to an unknown risk (that of transmission of a virus with an overall fatality rate of < 1%, and even that concentrated among people over 70...almost all of whom are *out of the workforce*); further, there is no guarantee that even if you have the virus, you will spread it.
Further, the two risks are *disproportionate*: if you get the jab and have severe sequelae, you're stuck with them: you can't get onto CareerBuilder.com or Indeed.com and find a new, say, circulatory system. Whereas in the worst case scenario, the employer is subject to *inconvenience*: he'll have to hire a replacement for Jack who's off work. He doesn't lose the entire business.
Further, it is likely the business can purchase a policy to help bear the costs to replace sick employees. But the individual has no such recourse against manufacturers of the jab, if they cozen the government into calling it a "vaccination."

You really twist that around.
Me going about my daily life, my bodily integrity, my immune system are none of my employer’s business. And insisting that it be my business and mine alone, is not forcing my employer to do anything. I have never known a business which claimed the part of the business was to inject its employees.
I will agree that I do not have the right to carry a gun in my employer’s office (without permission), proselytize, or otherwise do anything which is not part of my work.

I’m opposed to employers forced or control of employees lives not related to work. I’ve seen bad things happen when employers over step the work/home life bounds.
However, in a public health situation it is going to make a huge difference what the employee’s job is.
Would you want a nurse with Active T.B. in an exam room taking your blood pressure for a routine doctor visit?
The nurse, by the way, under terms of employment must summit to a T.B. test but it’s her body and her choice? So she says no.
It might be ok for an auto mechanic to have Covid-19, or T.B., hepatitis A,B,or C.........but the guy or gal making your pizza, no that’s not ok. Or is it?
Job description matters in this situation.
Also, why should the employer be on the hook to pay an insurance premium? They’ll simple find someone willing to do the job under their terms.
2 years ago the Metro Detroit area had a Hep-A outbreak.
The infected where being traced to area restaurants.
How should that be handled? Shut down the restaurant? Require the employee to get vaccinated? Or go broke and lose the business due to lawsuits?
Factory workers were not being traced for spreading Hep-A.
So the type of job I think matters.
