Okay... hold on. Let’s appreciate the fact that there’s actually a thread of science in this but it’s so misguided as to be spaghetti.
The Earth’s axis tilts and reverses “often” in the grand scheme of things. The result of this is a shift in weather patterns due to volcanism as well as exposure to interstellar particles which have been shown to be the seeds for clouds. As such, the axis changes are, in a way, correlating to a COOLER planet, but the opposite is not true in any meaningful way.
The thought that these people passed higher education science classes sufficient to net them a degree is terrifying.
The Earth’s axis is always shifting. Back and forth. If memory serves, it is a 26,000 year cycle. We had been at maximum tilt and now the tilt is getting less. A good thing for the northern hemisphere. Not so cold winters. Southern Hemisphere gets just the opposite effect.
Correlation vs. causation is often misunderstood, but this rises to the level of causation vs. utter abject stupidity. My Gawd, what the eff do they teach in schools these days?

They have it backwards and they know it. Climate change occurs BECAUSE the earth shifts on its axis.
The axis is definitely shifting but is has nothing to do with climate change. It’s a direct result of racism and white supremacy.
We usually talk about “cause and effect”, not “effect and cause”.
Previous axis shifts HAVE been associated with climate changes, even climate catastrophes, but the good old 23.5 is the CAUSE of much of the earth’s climate.
