Pulitzer says there is one very simple, fool proof way to check if mail in ballots are real or fake:
All mail-in ballots are required to be inserted in the Cover Envelope, and go thru the MAIL or via a Drop Box.
In order to do that they must be FOLDED before being inserted in the required cover envelope.
ALL FOLDED printed material leaves a kinetic footprint mark on the paper itself and that kinetic mark can be scanned.
If there are no kinetic marks on a ‘mail-in’ ballot…THE BALLOT DID NOT GO THROUGH THE MAIL or in a drop box and it is a FAKE BALLOT

@BarackObama HIMSELF demonstrated how to follow the ballot instructions, even posting a how -to live video of his OWN FOLDED, MAILED ballot. And BO is never wrong, right?

follow-up Q: Shouldn’t there be a COUNT of the total # of ENVELOPES? My understanding is that the cover envelopes must also be retained. If the envelopes don’t exist? The ballots were FAKE.
