This is the same protocol used in Antrim County, MI.
If things follow correctly, the AZ AG will file suit to quash or delay (foot dragging by a benevolent court).
As the SCOTUS has proven, this will not reach Federal courts.
It is a State Legislature authority.
It is notable that NO LEAKS are coming from the team or anyone in the counting center.
