Tying separate things together and filing them in the “Future Proves The Past” folder:

In recent days, SpecOps Monkey noted that he was watching several P3/P8 sub-hunters off the coast of Florida.
Occasionally, a sub-hunter was noted in more Northern latitudes including Canadian coasts and the metropolitan areas of New York and D.C.
His speculation was that it was either training using a drone sub or, that there was a sub of unknown origin off the East Coast.
Others thought maybe Trump was operating out of a submarine off Miami.
Later in the effort, Monkey noted that the search had extended to the Gulf of Mexico.
The search planes have slowed to almost nothing as of late.

Retrospection: I looked at what was happening in the US at the same time for possible reasons of having a US sub off the East Coast.
Possibilities -including a drone sub for training- were that the Navy was creating a position to protect Trump or protect the East Coast from attack.
Another (resurrected) possibility that the Clowns had possession of sub with ballistic capability (Whitby Island) and was threatening Mar-a-Lago.
Finally, there was a real possibility of a foreign ballistic submarine cruising our coast and that the P3/P8 search was keeping tabs on it.

Regarding the foreign nation theory, then, what was happening in world events that threatened a foreign nation.
Or, did a foreign [nuclear] nation feel threatened by US?

So, who has ballistic submarines, is the first question.

GBR and India were not being threatened but CCP was and still is.
Only it is not a military threat with Xi-Biden in the WH.
So, Russia?

In this same time frame, Russia was building military might along the Ukraine border and CCP-Biden was blustering about some kind of line that must not be crossed.

(Hold on, here come the what ifs.)
- Consider that Russia placed a ballistic submarine off the East Coast in case the US intervened in the Ukraine.
A. Did the normal patrols pick it up and the sub was then followed from Canada to Miami (Hunt for Red October)?
B. Did the Navy simply suspect that Russia was going to use this strategy as part of their build-up in Ukraine?

- Consider that Russia did send a ballistic submarine and \told\ CCP-Biden about it as a deterrent in the US meddling in the Ukriane.
A. Did Putin just saunter on down to Miami where the P3/P8 search was heavy on daily basis?
B. Did Putin tell CCP-Biden that he would launch ballistic missiles on /several/ eastern seaboard metropolises if he made any moves (militarily, diplomatically or back-channels) in Ukraine?
C. Were the daily, multiple P3/P8 searches not just watching the sub but were determining if it was moving to launch (why I asked LP about depth-to-fire).

Did CCP-Biden tone down his bluster?
Did Trump make public statements challenging Russia’s UKR actions?
Finally, did Russia back away from the Ukraine build-up?
Did that coincide with the cessation of sub-hunter flights?

Was Ukraine a head-fake by Russia?
Did Putin do it to humiliate CCP-Biden or test the depth of his resolve?
Does this mean Russia is playing along with Xi?

In all, we know Putin is capable of launching on the US from international waters.
Ans well as using conventional ballistic weaponry as a warning to the US.
We also know Putin is not stoopit.

These are questions yet to be answered, if at all.
This part of the movie is the unscripted politic squabbles off-set, in the dressing-rooms and cafeteria’s of the on-location actors.
The ego fests, tantrums and slap-fights that take place due to the tension of making a fine movie.
