Vegan means no milk products. Vegetarian means okay milk products. Vegan diet is deficient and one must be very careful to do it well. I don’t advise it, especially with children.

I guess I inadvertently revealed the carnivorous nature of my diet. I like most vegetables a lot but I like meat, fish, poultry, seafood, milk and eggs just as much. In the future, there could be a few people either mourning or celebrating my premature death saying “We tried to tell her ...” Lol!
